SUPPORTING LOCAL PRODUCERS WITH SEEDLING DISTRIBUTION TO BE CONTINUED



As part of the Project "Supporting Our Producers", Bodrum Municipality has distributed a total of 416,000 seedlings between 2020 and 2022.


The Directorate of Agricultural Services of Bodrum Municipality continues to support agricultural production and the farming population in Bodrum through its initiatives. At the "Bodrum Municipality Agricultural R&D and Local Seed Center" located in Bahçeyakası Neighborhood, 350,000 seedlings were provided to our producers free of charge. Among these, 172,000 were produced from our own cultivated ancestral seeds, while the remaining were procured by the municipality. Over a period of four years, we have provided a total of 1,250,000 seedlings to the producers on the peninsula at no cost.
